Description

THis is a ROV floating connector cable,suitable for underwater environment. This product is mainly used for mechanical equipment,like robots,salvage equipment,construction equipment, robotic arms,hydraulic cutter operating that operating in underwater harsh environments.

The cable is composed of 2 power cords , two core single-mode optical fiber,one twisted pair of signal wires with aluminum foil shielding,high-strength Kevlar and non-woven polyester tape filled , tinned copper for shielding and TPE jacket.Two core single-mode fiber, as thin as a hair,can transmit 40 kilometers or more without signal affecting.TPE jacket is made of special foam, low density,in order to enable the wire to float in the water.This cable is 125ºC high temperature resistance and has high stability,which can have the tensile force up to 300KGF. Also it can be against external signal interference.

Zero buoyancy hybrid cable structure:
Conductor: multi strand superfine fine twisted oxygen free copper wire, conforming to VDE0295CLASS Class 6 standard
Insulation: special NBR PVC mixture or TPE (optional for customers), TPU high-quality PE material, PTFE, etc
Color: ≤ 0.5mm Color: brown, black, blue, purple, pink, orange
≥ 0.5mm color: black numbers, white numbers, yellow and green grounding wires with more than 3 cores (yellow and green optional)
Filling: polyester yarn/water blocking yarn/Kevlar bullet proof yarn, etc
Tensile strength: Kevlar bulletproof wire is filled or woven for tensile strength, and the tensile strength grade is 100kg, 200kg, 500kg, etc
Wrapping: special tensile non-woven fabric/waterstop, etc
Shield: tinned copper wire textile shield, density: above 85%
Jacket: foamed polyurethane (PUR)/foamed TPE, etc
Color: black, gray, orange, yellow, specific color can be produced by telephone
Rated voltage: section
